Remuneration: Attractive salary on offerAbout the role: We are looking for a dynamic, experienced leader to manage Aurizon's Network Control Centre in Rockhampton.
As a key member of our Network Control, Planning & Scheduling leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of four critical railway systems.Lead, coach, and manage Network Control Superintendents and team members to create a high-performance culture in the Network Control Centre.Collaborate with other senior leaders, partners, and customers to improve the execution of train schedules and maintenance plans, ensuring safe access to the railway at all times.Lead the development and implementation of Network Control strategies and change management programs to optimize solutions across our safety, people, and operational objectives.Manage labour resources, including workforce and succession planning, performance management, leave, and competency development in alignment with business goals and Network Control strategies.About you:You excel in dynamic, complex and safety-critical work environments and understand that strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration is crucial to success within the Network Control Centre.
