We are after a self-starter who is after the next step in their hospitality career This would be perfect for an experienced barista who is after a new challenge. We have 30-38 hours available and will provide any further training required.

**You are**:
Someone who understands that at The Coffee Club we are serious about connecting with both our customers and our team. So if you're a Shift Leader at The Coffee Club you need to have the following attributes:

- **Proud **- you take pride in your organisational skills, enabling you to run a smooth shift;

- you lead by example, inspiring your team and maintaining The Coffee Club standards.
