Our Charities + Social Sector teamOur market-leading Charities + Social Sector team provides high-quality, practical legal solutions to charities, not-for-profits and other social impact organisations.
We work with people and organisations across all areas of charity and not-for-profit establishment, regulation and compliance, as well as acting on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and corporate governance.We believe charities, not-for-profits and other social impact organisations play an essential and extremely valuable role in society.

About YouAs our successful candidate you will demonstrate a desire, and the capacity, to work on high profile and technically challenging matters for charities, not-for-profit and social impact organisations.
In addition, you will have:3+ years' experience at a reputable law firm;previous experience working in charities and not-for-profits law, corporate law or M&A;outstanding drafting, advice writing and analytical skills;the ability to work effectively with clients; andthe ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
