Our venues include Grana, Lana, Apollonia, Bar Mammoni, This Way Canteen, The Carrington and Promenade Bondi Beach, Easy Tiger & soon-to-open Martinez.

We are looking for **dynamic bartenders **to work across our restaurant bars in **Lana & Martinez** (both near Circular Quay). Both 1 hat venues deliver exceptional high-end cocktail offerings, with seasonal ingredients focused around the menu.

If you love creating extraordinary dining experiences and delivering exquisite cocktails and beverages that delight our guests, then we would love to hear from you. We have lots of training and growth potential for someone who has a great personality and likes to have fun. You will be working with some of the industries best and have the potential to work across multiple sites to keep things interesting for you.

Martinez is Monday-Friday (no weekends)

Lana is Tuesday-Saturday (nights only)

**We would love to hear from you if you**:

- have a minimum of 2 years bar experience
- deliver knowledgeable and humble service
- are friendly and positive
- have a passion for food & beverage
- work great in a team
- take direction well

Pay: From $30.10 per hour
