We are looking for a highly motivated full time store Manager to join our team. Prior supermarket and retail industry experience and operations are highly valuable to this role.

**Role** **Description**

Passion for store presentation, working in and developing a strong team as well as providing customers with an exceptional store experience.
- Regular Communication with Store Director/Other Managers on organisational changes, issues and improvements
- Ensure Store compliance with health and safety regulations
- Ability to provide outstanding levels of customer service
- Undertake leadership duties including team and roster management

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Armadale, VIC 3143: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (required)
