We are working with a venture backed b2b & B2c Fintech scale up company that are looking for a Principal Product Designer to join their team

They are looking for someone who has plenty of end-to-end experience and help shape and drive their design team.

Your background? You will be a principal product designer who is currently working from research to final design.

You will ideally have experience within a scale up environment or have worked on complex projects ideally with past experience within Fintech.

**You will be;**
- Take the lead in solving problems of the highest importance, complexity and ambiguity from initial thinking through to shipped solution
- Consistently produce best-in-class designs, have a keen attention to detail, and help elevate and maintain the finished quality of our platforms
- As it's a small team - your voice is extremely important You will have the opportunity to really make a difference on the strategy of their design moving forward.
- Heavily customer focused - 3 out of the 4 platforms you will be working across are customer facing so a great opportunity to make an impact.
- Working alongside extremely talented cross functional team
