OverviewCyber Security Architect role within CSIRO's Cyber Security Resilience team.
You will provide expert security architecture and advisory support to help protect CSIRO's digital assets and reputation.
You will guide the secure design and implementation of solutions, integrate security controls, and embed cyber security practices into day-to-day processes.

SalaryAU$131,113 - AU$153,639 plus up to 15.4% superannuationTenureIndefiniteReference100122What you will needA diploma or degree in Information Technology (IT) or related field, or equivalent relevant work experienceDemonstrated experience as a Cyber Security Architect with successful ICT project/solution deliveryFamiliarity with security frameworks and standards (ISM, Essential Eight, NIST CSF)Proven experience designing and implementing security solutions for on-premises and cloud environmentsExperience in developing security requirements, threat modelling, risk assessments and risk analysesExpertise across ICT technologies to support architecture documentation (e.g., HLSDs, LLDs)Ability to multi-task and manage competing prioritiesDesirable: experience supporting multiple complex projectsDesirable: experience with PSPFDesirable: ACSC guidance, NIST SP, CIS benchmarksDesirable: understanding of shared responsibility model in cloud/on-premisesDesirable: familiarity with Privacy Act 1988 and Archives Act 1983Desirable: relevant security industry certifications (ISACA, ISC2, SANS, PECB, SABSA, The Open Group, etc.)EligibilityThis is a security assessed position.
