**About the Role**

Ability to grow with us and take initiative.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Coffee Preparation**:
Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages consistently.
Maintain knowledge of grind adjustment, milk texturing, and latte art.
- **Customer Service**:
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent table and counter service.
Take orders accurately and manage POS transactions.
- **Food & Service Support**:
Assist with light food prep, plating, and serving as required.
Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly and professionally.
- **General Café Duties**:
Maintain cleanliness of coffee station, tables, and overall café area.
Restock supplies (cups, milk, beans, pastries, etc.).
Follow café opening and closing procedures.
- **Team Contribution**:
Work collaboratively with fellow staff and support kitchen/management when needed.
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous barista experience in a busy café (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong knowledge of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and coffee machine operation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings.
- Responsible, reliable, and proactive attitude.
