**About this role**

Key responsibilities include:

- transporting patients to and from Theatre & Recovery
- assisting in the day to day operations with patient positioning, Theatre set ups, and cleaning and restocking of theatres
- removing rubbish and soiled linen
- providing support to the wards when required
- providing support and acting as a mentor for new orderly employees
