Due to steady growth of clients we are seeking a Greek speaking qualified carer to join our team. At After-Care, we believe that older people want to remain living at home so they can stay connected to their personal history, their circle of family and friends, and remain active in their local community.

That's why After-Care has spent the last 24 years building a business centred around supporting people to continue living safely in their own home and within our local community. It's why our sole focus is providing older people with the widest possible choice of in-home supports that are person-centred, efficient, easy to access and provide maximum value for a reasonable cost.

After-Care delivers care to people living on the Mornington Peninsula, City of Frankston and surrounding areas. Our team is built on employees at all levels of the company having first-hand experience providing care to frail older people and people with a disability. We value professionalism, equally as much as a passion for caring and finding practical ways to help others.

**What's involved?**

This position involves providing excellent care and support to client's of After-Care who live with an age-related ailment or disability.

As as After-Care carer you will assist clients with:

- Personal Care
- Meal Preparation
- Transport
- Community Access
- Domestic Assistance
- Household tasks
- In-home respite care

**Skills, Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimum Certificate III Individual Support
- Previous experience in Aged Care or disability required, home care desirable
- High level of written and verbal communication and customer service
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
- Understanding and commitment to person-centred practices
- Greek speaking

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $40.00 - $42.69 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- Certificate in Individual Support (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
