This is a hands-on, outdoor role where safety, attention to detail, and teamwork are key.

ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload work trucks with tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficientlyAssist Lead Technician with residential and commercial soft washing and holiday lighting installationsFollow company procedures to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfactionTake precautions to protect landscaping, surfaces, and customer property during cleaning and lighting jobsPerform light equipment maintenance and clean-up dutiesFollow all safety protocols and maintain a safe, organized work environmentQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED (preferred)Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment (training provided)Comfortable working on ladders and at heightsAble to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of timeStrong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learnValid driver's license (preferred but not required)What We OfferCompetitive payPaid, hands-on training with industry-leading tools and methodsA respectful, team-focused work cultureReal opportunities for career advancement and skill developmentApply Today
