You will be responsible for the collation of data and summation of market insights for Victorian Government media advertising campaigns. You will reconcile post-campaign information across broadcast (TV, outdoor, radio, press) and digital media channels, looking for consistent patterns, underlying market conditions and gathering anecdotal information from your contact with media sales contacts in the advertising market. You will package this up (reconciled to a final media schedule) and supply it to the media planning/trading teams who will finalise the report to send to their clients.
This role requires a level of familiarity (1-3 years+) with advertising, this might have been in a role at a media publisher, media agency, creative agency/studio or in-house marketing if your role involved managing media advertising data/invoices.

**Details of role**:

- Non-client facing
- 1 direct report to manage/train (Insights Executive)
- Requires excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work autonomously, largely operating as a team of 2 with your direct report
- Intermediate excel skills
- Will require usage of several media monitoring tools (training available, experience preferred but not required)

- Someone several years into an adjacent career who want to move into a media agency and is seeking a mid-level entry point
