Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and improve service processes to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Develop and manage expectations with stakeholders, driving IT teams to achieve high standards through effective project management.
Advocate for service excellence in projects, developing a deep understanding of project impacts on service areas and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Lead internal and third-party service review meetings to discuss performance, quality, and process enhancements.
Requirements for Success
Excellent customer service skills and a results-driven approach.
A minimum of 6 years' experience in service delivery management, including ITIL process management, with a strong track record of success.
At least 5 years of experience managing teams, with a proven ability to lead and motivate.
Desirable Skills
Experience working in multinational and culturally diverse environments, with a demonstrated ability to adapt and thrive.
Project management expertise, with a focus on delivering results and driving growth.
