Job Overview
The Engineering AI Skills Manager is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to provide engineers with optimal training and development opportunities, promoting engineering excellence in AI skills.
This role involves driving all engineering skills-driven training among engineers, maintaining a transparent skills curriculum, and aligning training programs with the goal of raising engineering skills.
To achieve this, the Manager will work closely with the technology skilling team to identify areas for improvement, develop training programs, and measure their effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs
Maintaining a transparent skills curriculum to ensure engineers have access to relevant training
Working closely with the technology skilling team to align training programs with business goals
Measuring the effectiveness of training programs and identifying areas for improvement
This role requires strong communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in training and development, as well as a passion for promoting engineering excellence in AI skills.
