Doughkyo is a new bakery store locates in Parramatta Westfield. We are looking for two or three honest and friendly bakery assistants to join our team on a Full Time or Casual basis.
Your main duties include but not limited to:
Assisting the head baker in the preparation and cooking of bread.
Working under the supervision of the baker
Operating commercial cooking equipment such as mixers, ovens and stoves
Kitchen cleaning, such as dish washing and equipment cleaning, sanitation
Assists in other areas of food preparation and storage
Responsibilities may be adhoc from time to time
To be considered for this role you should:
Have basic knowledge of bakery products (training provided).
3 YEARS experience in baking industry.
Be available to work through out the week and weekends as required.
Be able to work a rotating roster, starting as early as 5am.
Be punctual and reliable.
Keen to learn all aspects of the trade.
Legally able to work FULL TIME in Australia (Residency, Visa)
