Due to continued growth, we are looking for Fencing Labourers to join our installation teams, based in our Geebung Office (QLD).

As part of your duties, you will be installing chain wire, rural fencing, garrison, and palisade security fencing throughout Southeast QLD. Some travel will also be required in this position.

**What you'll be doing**
- Support the fencing teams in the installation and repairs of various fencing materials including timber, steel and aluminium
- Prepare and clear construction sites in preparation for fencing installation
- Assist senior fencing installers with the completion of fencing projects
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations
- Collaborate with the wider construction teams to deliver exceptional results for clients

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a labouring or construction role, preferably with some fencing installation knowledge
- Ability to read basic plans
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Current driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Willingness to undertake physical, hands-on work in an outdoor environment
- Have a Construction White Card
- Must be flexible and able to travel

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 50 per week
