ABOUT THE ROLE :

Full on-the-job training provided with our bicycle academy program.
Responsible for building, servicing, and repairing bikes to a high standard of safety and quality.
Assisting customers with technical enquiries and providing support to the retail team by recommending suitable products and services.
Managing workshop booking system and keeping customers informed about their bookings.
