If you're eager to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in the construction materials industry, this is a great chance to join our close-knit team.As a trainee, you'll receive full training and support to obtain the necessary licenses for the role.We'll invest in your professional growth every step of the way.Reporting to the Operations & Logistics Manager, your key responsibilities will include:Taking and entering concrete ordersScheduling and allocating jobsSupervising Concrete Agitator DriversCoordinating plant maintenance and performing basic upkeepBatching and dispatching concreteManaging raw material stocksUpholding safety, health, environmental, and Chain of Responsibility standardsTo excel in this opportunity, you'll need:A commitment to environment, quality, health, safety, and wellbeingA desire for career development and a proactive, positive attitudeStrong customer service skillsExcellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesAbout Our CompanyAs an integrated concrete and aggregate operation, we own five concrete plants, a hard rock quarry, and modern batch facilities across Victoria.
