We are a local home organising and decluttering business helping clients in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie create calm and functional spaces. Our work ranges from quick refreshes to full home transformations, moving prep and deceased estates. We're looking for someone who loves creating order from chaos, is naturally detail oriented and enjoys helping people feel good in their homes. Responsibilities: Declutter, sort and organise a variety of spaces (kitchens, wardrobes, pantries, garages etc.) Assist with moving preparation, unpacking, and set ups Support the lead organiser during client projects Keep a positive, non judgmental, and professional approach in clients homes Maintain tidy, visually appealing results in line with our brand style What we're looking for: Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail Friendly and respectful communication Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team Comfortable working in different home environments What we offer: Flexible casual/contract work (hours vary by project) Hands on training Rewarding, meaningful work that truly changes clients lives If this sounds like you, send us your name, contact details, and a short message about why you'd be a great fit.
