Ingleburn RSL Club & Ingleburn Bowling Club are conveniently located in South West Sydney, just a short drive from the Brooks Road Exit of the M5 motorway, and in close proximity to public transport. With a strong membership base of over 18,000 members, and growing; along with a strong affiliation with the local community, including sporting, lawn bowling and recreation activities, RSL and special interest groups.

Club features; A collaborative team culture, Salute Restaurant, The Poppy Cafe, Beverage facilities, Gaming facilities, Cash Housie, Trivia, TAB, Keno and state of the art Function Rooms, Tabatinga Fun & Social Centre and Lawn Bowls and Barefoot Bowls at Ingleburn Bowling Club.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Cellarperson to join this dynamic and fun team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this critical role will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day cellar operations with a high attention to detail between the two sites.

What you'll have:

- Valid RSA & RCG
- Right to work in Australia
- Flexible availability
- Can do attitude
- Previous experience in managing beverage and consumable stock levels
- Demonstrated skills in end to end cellar operational requirements, whilst not limited to:

- Process stock orders;
- Organise, receive and accept deliveries;
- Invoice data entry, creating stock items, price recommendations to achieve targeted GP%;
- Beer line maintenance & cleaning to exceptional high standard.

Training will also be provided.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 30-38 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $43.00 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ingleburn, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- cellar attendant: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA & RCG (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
