We've had an exciting opportunity open up in our Legal team as a Senior Legal Counsel and Company Secretary for Australia
This role is located in Sydney .
You'll enjoy a varied role, responsible for owning and further developing our Australian Legal function.
We're looking for people who love the idea of working in a dynamic, innovative environment and who are as excited about our vision as we are.
For the Senior Legal Counsel and Company Secretary role, we are specifically looking for someone who: Has experience across a range of financial services, corporate, and governance matters in Australia Can deliver clear, risk-aware legal adviceIs proactive, responsive, and able to operate with a high degree of independence and initiative is adaptable to change, and is motivated by our vision and purpose You can find out more in the Job Description .
