**Job description**

Our client is a privately owned Australian company with more than 35 years' experience in food manufacturing. They specialize in producing wide range of nutritious and healthy products such as sports, energy, protein bars, cereal, muesli, granola bars, fruit & nuts, weight loss, meal replacements, chocolate and sugar free products.

**About the Role**:
**Food Blender / Refiner Loader**
- **Shift Timing**: 9 am - 6 pm or 10 am - 6pm (Monday to Friday)
- **Pay **:$33 per/hr casual rate
- **Location **:Cheltenham VIC

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Operating specialized equipment to transform raw material into a product.
- Assisting with process control and machine operators in performing their duties.
- Involves manual repetitive lifting of bags of raw materials weighing 25kgs.
- Loading and unloading.
- Transporting raw materials and finished products in the assigned area.
- Feeding and loading raw materials in processing machines or tanks.
- Cleaning work areas and equipment.
- Checking products and packaging for basic quality defects.
- Working in a warm and dusty environment.

**About You**:

- Preferably with 1 year of experience in a food industry.
- A refiner/blender background is not essential but one must be willing to learn and be trained.
- Has no issue working in the morning from Monday - Friday.
- Ability to work in a warm and dusty environment.
- Physically fit to lift up to 25kg of bags of raw materials.
- Flexible with shift timings - either 9 am - 6 pm or 10 am - 6 pm.
- Must be switched on and can turn up to work.
- Preferably with full-working rights.
- Has own reliable transportation.
