**Your Role**:
**Leadership and Management**: Be the guiding light for our team, fostering a positive and productive work environment where every member feels valued and motivated to excel.

**Operations Mastery**: From the kitchen to functions, food and beverage, and beyond, you'll ensure the seamless orchestration of daily operations, leaving no detail overlooked.

**Customer Relations**: Dive into the pulse of guest sentiment, harnessing feedback to continuously elevate our reputation and foster enduring relationships with our loyal patrons.

**Financial Acumen**: Navigate the financial landscape with finesse, overseeing transactions and budgets to ensure our business sails smoothly toward success.

**Staff Training and Development**: Empower our team to reach new heights through ongoing training and professional development initiatives, nurturing a culture of continuous growth and excellence.

**What We're Looking For**:

- 3-5 years of Hospitality Management experience.
- Exposure to both Bar and Restaurant environments.
- Financial savvy with a knack for business control.
- A natural leader with an aptitude for team development.
- Essential certifications including RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced,
- A first aid certificate is preferred but not essential.
- Approved Managers Certificate preferred but not essential.
