At Upkeep Industries we are a friendly, small, family run business providing our clients across Brisbane, Logan, and Gold Coast with our detailed property maintenance and cleaning upkeep solutions. Our team is very friendly and easy to get along with making your experience less work like.

**Your Duties Include**:

- Driving to site and carrying out for various works as requested.
- Performing minor carpentry works such as fitting and testing doors, handles, fencing works, decking, etc.
- Performing basic painting and plastering works.
- Performing exterior works e.g. pressure washing, gardening, mowing, whipper snipping, yard/garden tidy ups.
- Carrying out other various maintenance tasks such as but not limited to; light bulb replacements, cabinet/cabinet hinge repairs, minor plumbing tasks, etc.
- Some cleaning works if required (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, windows, etc).
- Show initiative and the ability to problem solve and "think on your feet."

**About You**:
To be considered for this position you must:

- A valid driver's license.
- Be able to work unsupervised.
- Be well presented and have excellent verbal communication skills.
- Show excellent attention to detail and can perform work to a high standard.
- Be willing to regularly learn new skills.
- Be comfortable with the operation of hand tools, power tools, and equipment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $27.00 - $34.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
