Australia Independent Practitioner Network Group Full time

Positions
1 x PT EN
— 2 days per week (15 hours). Availability required on Mondays and Thursdays. Focus on Chronic Disease Management Clinics.
1 x PT RN
— 2.5 days per week (20 hours). Availability required on Wednesdays and Thursdays all day and Friday mornings. Focus on Treatment Room.

About the role
Deliver quality clinical nursing services to Doctors and patients including chronic disease management, triage, vaccinations, wound care, pathology collection, health assessments, recall, coordination of the treatment room, cold chain management and sterilisation.
Skills & experience
Previous 2 years experience working in general practice (preferred)
Strong communication and time management skills
A caring and collaborative approach to patient care
Experienced EN or RN with AHPRA registration & able to use Best Practice Medical Software
Professional development support including free APNA registration
