We are looking for a trainer to support students in our Pre Employment programs throughout Western Sydney.

About You
- Experience in training particularly long term unemployed participants
- Flexibility to travel
- Outstanding communication and administration skills
- The ability to build positive relationships
- The ability to model professional behaviour, a strong work ethic and sensitivity toward others.
- Must have industry relevant experience that matches your delivery skill ability,
- Experience with coaching and/or training
- A current Working with Children check

Qualifications required:

- Certificate IV in TAE

And either:

- TAELLN411 Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills or its successor or
- TAELLN401A Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills

AND one of the following:

- TAEASS502 Design and develop assessment tools or its successor or
- TAEASS502A Design and develop assessment tools or
- TAEASS502B Design and develop assessment tools
- Certificate III or higher (preferably in Logistics, Warehousing or Business)

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

- Weekends only
