Leave loading at 17.5%Stride Rewards - access to discounts from 100s of retailers (fashion, food and fitness)One paid wellbeing leave day per yearSupportive team environmentExcellent training and career developmentRole Overview:The Mental Health Clinician is responsible for brief and ongoing interventions and the development of collaborative individual care plansYou will be expected to function autonomously, as well as work collaboratively with the other clinicians within the program, to participate in the planning and development of services for these people with mental health issues and their families which are consistent with best practice standards and evidence-based care, and are in line with the strategic direction and vision for the serviceRequirements:Must have one of the following: Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse, OR AASW registration as a Social WorkerKnowledge and Skills which are gained through qualifications and previous experience in a mental health service delivery environmentProven judgment and evaluation skills demonstrating a working understanding assessment and care planningSound understating of the public, non-government and private mental health systems and programs and associated non-mental health programs in a community settingDemonstrated interpersonal skills showing an ability and sensitivity to work with people who have or are at risk of developing a mental illnessDemonstrated skills in organisation and time-management, including the ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasksExcellent verbal communication and writing skillsProven understanding of duty of care, rights to privacy and confidentialityMust be eligible to apply/currently hold a Blue CardMust hold/be willing to apply for NDIS worker screening clearanceStride is committed to the safeguarding of children and vulnerable people.
