Lead your team to provide clients with meaningful in-store experiences that build brand loyalty through promoting positive behaviours to elevate client experience.Managing Day-to-Day Store Operations.
Drive operational initiatives including brand events, training, and supporting visual merchandising changes to ensure the store represents the Sephora brand and culture.Developing Sales and Budget Strategies.
Manage the profit and loss for your store including monitoring stock levels to maximise sales and profitably and identify, analyse, and forecast sales or issues.Enhancing Our Culture.
Maintain a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed through feedback and career development, coaching, learning, and recognition.Maintaing Results.

You'll also monitor KPIs and help attract, recruit, and develop store talent.

As our busiest days of trade are between Thursday to Sunday the ideal candidate will be able to provide 5 full days of availability across key trading times including but not limited to late-night, weekend and public holiday trading.
