**About the role**

As a **Personal Finance Operator** at Cash Converters, you will work in a down to earth environment surrounded by awesome colleagues that are passionate about exceeding our customer expectations and share a genuine interest in helping our customers find the right solution to meet their own individual needs.

Whilst you do not have to bring prior financial/industry experience to the table you **do need to b**ring your unique self **to Cashies and put your personal passions into practice as you work your magic on our equally diverse and loyal customer base to achieve a win-win outcome for us and the customer.

- Passion to deliver customer's an exceptional experience with great interpersonal skills and proven ability to build rapport with people of all ages and different walks of life.
- To be a "curious by nature" problem solver that can think on your feet and outside the box and seeks out new opportunities every day.
- A go-getter who thrives under pressure and enjoys a dynamic and fast paced work environment were no two days are ever the same.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills and ability to assess information and data and make informed decisions to create win/win outcome for your customers
- An open and nonjudgmental approach when meeting our diverse customer needs
- To be a motivated and upbeat self-starter who strives for personal and professional excellence.
