In this role, you'll provide vital support across Human Resources, Recruitment, Capability, and Transformation projects, working closely with stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand.If you're passionate about people, highly organised, and enjoy variety in your work, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of the HR strategy in line with business goals.Assist with administrative support for transformation activity, change management, and organisational design activities.Partner with the P&C team on recruitment, performance, capability, remuneration, training, and development activities.Collaborate with People Services and Group Finance to ensure smooth operations and accurate processing.Maintain employee data integrity and resolve irregularities promptly.Act as a trusted point of contact for P&C processes, policies, and best practices.Proactively identify and implement process improvements.What You'll BringExperience in People & Culture, Recruitment, or a business support role.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with a solutions focus.Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.High-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders.A proactive, adaptable, and positive approach to change.Proven ability to manage highly confidential information with integrity.Certificate or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar (preferred but not essential).
