Additional Information:

- These roles are Permanent Part-time, 50hrs/fortnight.
- There will be future roles that are advertised for our Christmas peak period, please put in your expression of interest if you are also interested in these potential positions.
- The internal job title for this role is Fulfilment Operations Co-worker
- You must have availability to work Monday to Sunday 3:00am
- 10:00am (Replenishment Co-worker)
- You must have availability to work Monday to Sunday 6:00am - 9:30pm (Warehouse Co-worker)
- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

**About this work area**

As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
- Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
- Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
- Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
- Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
- Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required.
