This role is with a well-established & regarded private practice law firm located on the City fringe.
They are now looking for a self-driven and motivated commercial lawyer who is eager to exceed client expectations, providing exceptional service in the delivery of desired outcomes.
About the Role...
This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial matters where you will handle a broad range of transactional work including business and share sales, leasing, franchising, liquor licensing, employment, intellectual property, corporate structuring, and compliance.
You'll be entrusted with autonomy on your files while working closely with experienced Partners known for their strong industry reputation.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Prepare, negotiate, and review contracts, leases, and commercial agreements Represent vendors and purchasers in high-value commercial transactions Offer clear, practical advice on corporate structuring, partnerships, and regulatory compliance Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives Build and nurture long-term client relationships To be successful in this role...
It is envisaged that you will ideally have a minimum of 4 to 6 years post-admission experience across a broad spectrum of commercial law matters.
You will also have the following attributes: - Strong drafting, negotiation, and strategic advisory skills Excellent commercial awareness with a focus on delivering practical solutions High attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Ability to foster & develop strong client relationships Applications from talented lawyers with slightly less experience who are eager to develop and thrive in a supportive, hands-on environment are welcome.
