Ideally, you'll have:Experience in a customer service or call centre environmentStrong communication skills and the ability to explain technical product information clearlyA collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across teamsExcellent multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressureConfidence using computer systems – experience with SAP S4 Hana and Salesforce is a plus
Experience in the manufacturing, industrial, or building industry (highly regarded but not essential)The Team You'll Join:You'll be one of seven Customer Service Representatives, reporting to our Customer Service Manager and working closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
