**The role of an early childhood room leader is**:

- **To develop and maintain strong relationships between educators, families, and children.**:

- **To help develop and deliver an inquiry-based program that is linked to the EYLF curriculum that fosters children's learning and development.**:

- **Follow and comply with all regulations, including Wantirna South ELC's policies and procedures.**:

- **Collaborate, motivate, and inspire a high performing team in pedagogy, program, and practice.**

**To be considered, you will**:

- **Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care**:

- **Have a positive attitude and passionate approach.**:

- **Have sound knowledge / Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework**
