Enrolled Nurse - Residential Aged Care Casual Position l Shifts across AM / PM Shoreham Location (30-minutes from Frankston / 20 mins from Mornington) Not-for-Profit Salary Packaging Options - increase your take home pay
Join the caring team at mecwacare's Annie's Court in Shoreham as a Enrolled Nurse and make a real difference every day.
Working closely with the Facility Manager, you'll provide evidence-based, person-centred care that supports residents' health, wellbeing, and independence.
Nestled on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula, Annie's Court is a beautifully renovated, modern aged care home with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
From tranquil gardens and inviting communal spaces to a thoughtfully designed memory support unit, it's a place where residents feel truly at home—and where you'll be valued and supported as part of a dedicated, compassionate team.
What you bring: Advanced clinical skills and a commitment to high quality care and services.
A minimum of two year's experience as an Enrolled Nurse in an aged care home .
Current and ongoing registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
Able to work all shifts including night shifts.
Commitment to the philosophy of a person-centered approach to providing care and services.
Proven ability to guide, motivate care staff and promote a positive work environment Working knowledge of the AN-ACC funding model and Aged Care legislation.
Well-developed computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
