**The Opportunity**

RFBI is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing various financial processes, including financial reporting, compliance, and administrative tasks. Your role will ensure that financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with RFBI's operational requirements. Alongside this, you will provide timely support for budgeting activities, assist in the preparation of financial reports, and maintain financial integrity across the organisation, all while delivering high-quality service to our stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage Balance Sheet accounts.
- Assist with EOM reporting and finalise bank reconciliations.
- Process Imprest transactions and manage Cash Drawer enquiries.
- Reconcile Utility and Prepayment Expense accounts.
- Handle fuel card, insurance, cash, and utilities inquiries.
- Manage Motor Vehicle Registration and provide data to Salary Packaging.
- Reconcile fixed asset accounts and update asset register.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations and process NAB Credit Card receipts.

- Tertiary qualification in Finance or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, or analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., ERP systems, spreadsheets).
- Commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- A current Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
- Knowledge of the Aged Care industry (desirable).
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, or CA) is desirable
