As the Operations Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, leading a dedicated team, and maintaining high service standards.Liaise with customers and the Operations Manager in regard to ship arrivalsOrganising and supervising yard staff to receive vehicles, including labour planningOrganising storage yard to accommodate incoming shipmentsMonitor and review team performanceProvide strong leadership to the teamCoordinate regular toolbox meetings and follow up OH&S activitiesCoach and mentor the team in developing their skills.About YouTo be successful you must possess the following:Experience in a similar roleStrong problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to manage and prioritiseExperience leading and developing a high performing teamWhy Join Us?
