We are looking for a counterbalance forklift driver who can also do pick-packing duties for a stormwater treatment manufacturing company.

About the Role:

- Monday to Friday
- 6 am to 2:15 pm
- $32/hr + Super

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Safely driving a counter-balance forklift to move materials around the warehouse and yard.
- Using the forklift to load and unload stormwater materials and pipes from trucks, pallets, or shelves, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Using pick lists to locate and gather specific items from shelves or storage areas, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
- Packing items securely into boxes or containers to prevent damage during transport.
- Inspecting items for damage before packing, and reporting any issues.
- Keeping track of inventory levels by counting stock and updating records.
- Organizing items in the warehouse efficiently for easy access.
- Following safety rules, and using equipment safely.
- Communicating effectively with supervisors and coworkers to coordinate tasks.
- Checking forklifts and equipment regularly for maintenance needs, reporting any issues promptly.

About You:

- Has a valid forklift license with at least 1.5 - 2 years of experience
- Has access to own reliable car
- Can work Mondays to Fridays on morning shift
- Has pick packing experience and has no issues with manual handling duties
- Has good attitude and is a teamplayer
- Physically fit
- OH&S knowledge
