Responsibilities
Actively engage with customers by sharing your passion for our products and create memorable moments for customers.
Advocate for BWS loyalty programs by informing customers about benefits and product offerings.
Ensure stock is available on shelves so customers have the best choices.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and teammates.
Uphold responsible service of alcohol guidelines.
Be yourself and contribute positively to the team and store culture.
About You
Ability to talk with customers confidently and authentically to provide an engaging experience.
Good availability across the day, evenings and weekends.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Genuine interest in learning and expanding product knowledge.
Aspiring to grow your career within the business.
Active lifestyle; willingness to be on your feet and engage with customers.
Desire to make a positive impact in the role and future opportunities.
