About the Role:Manage the day to day operations of the Centre in line with legislative requirements, company policies and procedures.Provide leadership and guidance to all staff.Ensure quality early learning programs are delivered by a passionate team of Educators.Manage staffing rosters efficiently.Effectively manage the financial requirements of the centre in line with budget guidelines.Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, families, children and the local business community.Successful Applicants must have:Bachelor of Early ChildhoodCertified Supervisor CertificateLevel 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificationWorking With Children CheckRight to work in AustraliaAt least 12 months experience as a Centre DirectorAll applicants need to be able to provide:copies of qualificationsPlease complete the Employment Expression of Interest Form by following this link.
