Our client, one of Australia's leading charities, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team on a 6-month daily rate contract. You will provide general business analyst duties on a large technology transformation program (Salesforce).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Requirements gathering, documentation, analysis and management.
- Document as-is (current state) and to-be (future state) business processes.
- Gather and synthesise data form a variety of sources.
- Foster collaborative relationships with the business and key stakeholders.

**Key skill's required**:

- 5+ Years experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience working on a Salesforce program/ project or similar CRM program.
- Outstanding Communication, Interpersonal and Stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in the use of JIRA, Confluence, Miro and Visio.
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
