ELC EDUCATORContract Position1.0 FTE (37.5 Hours Per Week)40-48 Weeks Per Year (negotiable)Based at StrathalbynCommencing 21 July 2025Closing date Monday 16 June 2025Tyndale ELC offers education and care programs for children from 2 years old-preschool age.
We have a dedicated team of educators who are passionate about running excellent, inclusive and nurturing programs that allow our children to thrive and achieve their God-given potential.We are seeking an outstanding Early Childhood Educator to join our team full time in the second half of 2025, with a high chance of continuing into 2026 and beyond.
This role could also be shared by two part-time educators so please indicate in your cover letter whether you are seeking a full time or part time role.Hourly rate paid well above child care award ratesFlexibility to have time off during School Holidays or work to 'top up' annual incomeAnnual leave paid during centre closure of 3 weeks in Dec/JanRegular staff professional development days, including paid First Aid updatesOpportunity to work as part of a collaborative team of fellow Christians, who share a passion for God, our children and the role we play in their lives.Applicants must display a sincere commitment to Jesus Christ, the philosophy of Christian Education and regular church attendance.

This position is based at the Strathalbyn campus is located on 4 hectares, 50 kilometres southeast of Adelaide CBD.
