Salary $60,495.24 to $70,156.32 p/a + super

About the role

Join our dedicated team at Thomas Carlyle Children's Centre, a warm and welcoming early learning community committed to excellence in childcare and early education.
Reporting to the Director - Thomas Carlyle Children's Centre, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based programs
Foster inclusive, nurturing, and responsive relationships with children and families
Work collaboratively with a supportive team to maintain a safe, stimulating learning environment
Observe and document children's progress to support individual learning and growth
Uphold health, safety, and licensing standards at all times
Required qualifications, experience & skills:
Certificate III in Early Childhood Educator and Care (or equivalent)
Current First Aid, Child Protection and Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates (HLTAID004) (HLTAID012)
Current Working with Children clearance number
Identify and report children and young people at risk - CHCPRT025
Strong understanding of child development and the principles of early learning frameworks
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A caring, creative, and adaptable approach to teaching and caregiving
