Responsibilities Develop and create visually engaging content for print and digital platformsDesign marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisementsLiaise with stakeholders across multiple departments to deliver high-quality designs that meet required briefsEnsure all marketing materials align with brand guidelinesApply designs to packaging artwork and labels across the group of companiesUtilise content management systems to upload and manage graphic content on company websitesContribute creative input during concept development meetingsStay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic designSupport photography and editing efforts when needed (training provided)Meet deadlines consistently and manage workload efficiently Qualifications EssentialProve a natural creative ability with design skillsGraphic design and typography skillsWell organised, reliable, hard-working individual, able to work on your own initiative and as part of a teamQuick to learn, self-motivated and enthusiastic about continually improving your skills and standard of workVery accurate with an eye for detailTime management skills and the ability to work to deadlinesProblem-solving skills and the ability to know when to ask for helpDesirableSkilled with Adobe applications including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and Easy CatalogueSite Location: Scolmore House, Tamworth, B79 7UL
