As the family office of the Princely House of Liechtenstein, we have years of experience in the management of sizeable sums of assets.As Associate Operations Analyst, you will be part of the Cash, Fees and Reconciliations Team and focus on providing clients the best service possible.
You will be responsible for work including managing cash and payments, fees for assets under management, and management of all cash and asset reconciliations.
This position is a 12-month fixed term contract.Your Responsibilities:Daily reporting, reconciliations and checklist completionExecuting cash payments and receipts across AUD and multi-currenciesManaging cash and liquidity relating to client trading activityCoordinate wholesale funding of our lending products with external vendorsManage and coordinate interest ratesManage all operational cash and assets reconciliations ensuring ownership and resolution is prioritisedMaintaining segregated reconciliations control framework including timely escalationProcess monthly fees for assets under managementLiaison with custodians and business partnersEnsure adherence to Corporate Risk Policy, Standard Operation Procedures, relevant legislation and regulatory requirements Your profile About YouCompleted or working towards a degree in Finance, Business or CommerceSome experience within client service environmentSome experience within a data entry/administrative roleA good understanding and knowledge of Australian Financial Markets desirableWhat's in it For You?
