**About the Role**:
As the Administration Officer, you will become part of a professional and committed team at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital. You will be responsible for providing high level administrative support to all Service lines and Service Delivery Partners to enable a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, visitors, and protection of the health precinct property and assets.

Your responsibilities will include
- Facilitating sub-contractor sign in/out processes
- Supporting on site storage of parts management
- Managing complex documentation and works management systems
- General office administration and reporting

The role will be Monday to Friday, working across various shift patterns ranging from 6am to 5pm.

**About You**:

- Experience working in a health care environment
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills
- Focus on safety and customer service
- Provide administration support to Senior Managers in all matters relating to the Contract this include all Service Lines.
