**Timber Frame & Truss Detailer**

Fleetwood Frames & Trusses is a growing business based on the Central Coast that is currently seeking an experienced frame & truss detailer / estimator to join our expanding Team.

This position is ideally suited to an experienced Detailer who has a versatile and well-developed Detailing skills and is passionate about their work.

**About the role**:
Full time permanent position for someone experienced with designing wall frames with the following responsibilities:

- Accurate Frame and Truss detailing and estimating for clients within agreed time frames
- Technical design and documentation of jobs through the engineered software
- Liaising with clients, builders and architects
- Identifying cost reduction opportunities through design changes

**Skills and Experience**:

- Knowledge of the Building industry codes and products
- Previous building experience
- Knowledge of engineering/drawing programs
- An ability to work in and contribute to a team
- Ability to read and interpret building plans
- Knowledge of software packages such as Multinail Cornerstone or CAD based design/layout software programs
- Excellent communication skills in dealing with customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
