Cocoon International College is seeking a passionate and qualified **Trainer & Assessor** to deliver nationally recognised qualifications in **Community Services, Aged Care, and Disability Support**. **Courses You'll Deliver**:

- CHC52021 - Diploma of Community Services
- CHC43015 - Certificate IV in Ageing Support
- CHC33021 - Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability & Ageing)
- CHC43121 - Certificate IV in Disability Support & Ageing Support

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and compliant training sessions (face-to-face and/or online)
- Conduct practical skills assessments and workplace observations
- Mark student assignments and provide constructive, timely feedback
- Support and monitor student progress, providing tailored learning assistance
- Develop, review, and update training and assessment materials
- Maintain accurate student records and assessment documentation
- Ensure training delivery meets ASQA standards and training package requirements
- Liaise with industry to ensure training remains current and relevant
- Participate in validation, moderation, and continuous improvement activities

**What You'll Need**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
- Relevant qualifications in community services, aged care, or disability support
- Current industry experience and vocational competency
- Sound knowledge of RTO compliance and VET sector practices
- Strong communication, digital literacy, and student support skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
