**Position Overview**:As a Room Attendant and Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. Your responsibilities will include:
**Room Attendant Responsibilities**:

- Performing thorough cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, ensuring impeccable presentation and cleanliness.
- Restocking room amenities and ensuring guest supplies are well-stocked.
- Collaborating with the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

**Receptionist Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with guest check-in and check-out procedures in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answering guest inquiries and providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handling guest requests and concerns, ensuring they are addressed promptly and to their satisfaction.
- Supporting the front desk team during busy periods and covering shifts as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in both housekeeping and receptionist roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle different responsibilities seamlessly.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
