**Job Summary**

A fulltime, Monday to Friday work opportunity exists for an afternoon/evening warehouse storeman at _Story Fresh_. The role involves forklift and other warehouse duties. Opportunity for both a permanent position and progression in this role and would be suitable for mature age worker.
- Based just 18km outside Toowoomba
- Requires experienced and careful forklift operator
- Both inside and outside work areas

A fulltime, Monday to Friday opportunity exists for an afternoon/evening factory storeman at _Story Fresh_. This requires a person who has the following characteristics:

- is very reliable
- has a current forklift license and is highly competent with at least 2 years forklift operation experience, preferably in a warehouse type environment
- has good written and verbal communication skills
- is able to follow policies and procedures in the workplace
- complete routine documentation, legibly and accurately as instructed
- able to self manage a range of tasks on a daily and weekly schedule
- is polite and respectful in a multicultural work setting and
- able to achieve timeframes and multi-task

This role is multi-tasked and varied as it involves:

- ensuring the factory is kept fully supplied with raw material and packaging during production;
- loading and unloading trucks;
- organisation of packaging and quality maintenance of raw materials;
- setups for the following day shift;
- general cleaning and housekeeping of the coldrooms and external areas;
- nightly stocktakes;
- back up for cleaning roster in low care areas when regular staff absent.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 76 - 80 per week
